Foundry machinery - Safety requirements for molding and coremaking machinery and associated equipment (ISO 23062:2022)

Ky dokument trajton rreziqet e rëndësishme të parashikueshme, situatat dhe ngjarjet e rrezikshme që lidhen me makineritë për formimin dhe krijimin e formave të brendshme dhe pajisjet e lidhura, kur ato përdoren sipas qëllimit të synuar dhe në kushte të keq përdorimit që mund të parashikohen arsyeshëm nga prodhuesi (shihnen Kapsulin 5). Ai ofron kërkesat që duhet të plotësohen nga prodhuesi për të garantuar sigurinë e personave dhe veçoritë gjatë fazave të ciklit të jetës, në përputhje me ISO 12100:2010, 5.4, si dhe në rast të dështimeve ose defekteve të parashikueshme që mund të ndodhin në pajisje. Ky dokument zbatohet për pajisjet në vijim: a) makineritë të ndërtuara për të kondicionuar dhe/ose rikuperuar rërën për shtylla dhe formimin dhe krijimin e formave të brendshme (përfshirë materialet e ngurta të lidhura që mund të formohen); b) makineritë për formimin; c) makineritë për krijimin e formave të brendshme; d) pajisjet për nxjerrje; e) pajisje të tjera të lidhura drejtpërdrejt. Ky dokument nuk zbatohet për: — kova dhe pajisje për derdhje; SHËNIM: këto paisje mbulohen brenda Bashkimit Evropian (BE) nga EN 1247:2010. — Pajisjet për prodhimin e modeleve për derdhje dhe heqjen e shtresave mbështetëse; — pajisjet për prodhimin e shtesave (additive manufacturing); — pajisjet për reduktimin dhe emetimit të pluhurit dhe/ose gazit; — instalimet e vinçave; — mekanizma ngritës; — transportuesit e vazhdueshëm ose sistemet e trajtimit që mund të jenë pjesë përbërëse e pajisjeve të mbuluara nga ky dokument; — sistemet e ndarjes së rërës dhe derdhjeve. Ky dokument nuk trajton shprehimisht rreziqet elektrike. Këto rreziqe mbulohen nga IEC 60204-1:2016.

8. Scope This document applies to the following equipment: a) Machinery constructed to condition and/or reclaim foundry sands for mold and core making (including related moldable granular materials); b) Molding machinery; c) Coremaking machinery; d) Knock-out equipment; e) Other directly associated equipment. This document does not apply to  ladles and pouring equipment NOTE This equipment is covered within EEC by EN 1247  wax- and lost foam pattern production and wax removal equipment;  additive manufacturing equipment;  dust and/or gaseous emissions reduction equipment;  crane installations;  winches;  continuous conveyors or handling systems which could be an integral part of the equipment covered by the scope. This document deals with foreseeable significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to molding and coremaking machinery and associated equipment when used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer. It provides the requirements to be met by the manufacturer to ensure the safety of persons and property during the life-cycle phases according ISO 12100:2010; 5.4, as well as in the event of foreseeable failures or malfunctions that can occur in the equipment. The foreseeable significant hazards are listed in clause 5 and include:  Mechanical hazards, movement of machinery and workpieces, ejection of material, of liquids and gases, inadequacy of the mechanical strength;  Explosion, fire, exothermic reactions;  Contact with hot parts, gases and flames;  Noise and vibration;  Thermal heat radiation and conduction;  Harmful by-products, poisoning, pollution of operators'' breathing air.
